What is coaching?

I am an ontological coach and use a holistic philosophy to coach your entire entity.

Ontology is the study of the nature of being. Ontological coaching is the method of coaching that focuses on an individual’s ‘way of being’.

Your ‘way of being’ is distinguished by the way you perceive the world around you through your communication (language) and behavior patterns.

Your perceptions and attitudes, often unconscious and deep seated, are present in your language and behavior patterns.

It is therefore your “way of being” that can either help you or prevent you from achieving your goals.

Our Work Together


We all have behaviour patterns that serve us and others that do not.
When working together, we begin by noticing the patterns, choosing the ones that serve you and re-examining the ones that do not. Once you are able to get out of your own way, you will begin to notice things happening differently for you.

As an ontological coach, I am trained to listen and ask questions. I am able to hear and reflect back things about you and your patterns that you may not see yourself.

My goal is to have you relate and thrive in a way that feels authentic to you.

I am fascinated by human connection and what it means to be in relationship. Everything we are in relationship with impacts how we engage the world and therefore, impacts every aspect of our lives, including our health and our wellbeing. There is even science to back it, people!

I assert that the most important relationship you have, as a human, is the one you have with yourself, including your mind, your body and your spirit. While this relationship is dynamic and multifaceted, it is also simple and basic.

How do you show up for yourself? How much do you love yourself? How much do you trust yourself?

My commitment as a coach is to renew, refresh and enliven your relationship with you so you can build stronger, more fulfilling and connective relationships with all around you.
